Faye Adkins of Memphis, Tennessee, 'Mimi' to her grandchildren, knows her old family sweet-tart recipe products add 'zing' to any entree: roast beef & mashed potatoes; ham & sweet potatoes or black-eyed peas; chicken & dumplings; pork chops, fried chicken, spaghetti, even vegetable plates and sandwich platters. Country Chow-Chow is a family recipe that is being marketed by Faye Adkins to honor the memory of her parents, Olaf and Edith Berry, who started making the product in the late 1960s.

The products are manufactured by KM Foods, Inc., Greenwood, La. They are for sale in 16-ounce jars, two for $9.50, or four for $18.00. Shipping and handling is $12.00 for either the two-pack or four-pack. (Posted shipping charges are for the continental United States only.)
